Did you know that people decide if they want to belong to a church community in the first 10 minutes of a meeting? Also, walking into a church building for the first time can be pretty, no, VERY daunting. It is important that we welcome people with a smile and put them at ease, show them where to sit, make sure they know where the loos, creche, and children’s groups are situated. This is a vital and important ministry in the church!
Refreshments
The refreshments team provide all that lovely coffee and munchies after a church gathering. All that worship makes us hungry and thirsty, and the refreshments team are key to our health and well-being. Okay, let’s face it, we just need that coffee (especially after one of Gavin’s sermons)!
