In this 3-minute chat about God, Gavin is asked “What is the gospel?” Here is his reply… “Gospel means ‘good news’, so the gospel of Jesus Christ is the good news about Jesus Christ. If we want to understand the good news of Jesus Christ, then we need to view the gospel in its wider context. We mustn’t simply view the good news of Jesus as an isolated bit of history. We need to understand that the gospel of Jesus Christ, this good news, is part of the unfolding history of God in the world. Uplyme Gospel Choir is singing for the RNLI (Lifeboat week) this Saturday 4.30pm at the Marine Parade Shelters Performance Area along the front at Lyme Regis, come along if you can, it would be great to see you!
