There will be a Fund Raising Charity Concert with guest American Soprano, Lynn Morgan, featuring the ‘Goldfinch Ensemble’ who play Baroque and Classical Music in Uplyme Church building on Saturday 23rd October at 7.30 pm. A couple of years ago I was invited to my Primary School reunion. I had a chance encounter with an old school friend on Friends Reunited who mentioned the reunion, and I decided it might be a good opportunity to exercise a few demons (not literally I hope – and shouldn’t that be exorcise? Ed.)
I (Gavin) have been one month on the job and it might be a good opportunity to take stock of where we are and where we are going. Perhaps a better analogy would be ‘coming up for air’ as it has been a busy few weeks! So here is a brief update of things that are happening, things that are in the pipeline, and things that are mere twinkles of thinking that may or may not happen. Here they are in no particular order… |
