Shining Stars is the Uplyme Church playgroup for all 0-4 year olds and their parents or carers.
You don’t need to book just come along from 10 am to 11:30 am on Friday’s during term time.
We meet at the Scout Hut in Rhode Lane, Uplyme DT7 3TX – parking is free.
There are lots of toys and play equipment for the children as well as dressing up clothes, books, a craft table and a baby area. For the adults, there’s tea or coffee, biscuits and occasionally cake!
Around 11 am we have ‘Tidy Up Time’ where everyone helps to put the toys away so the we can all sit down and listen to a story while the children have a healthy snack. Then it’s songs with actions and shakers, more songs with the parachute and then ‘goodbye’ with bubbles.
We ask for £1 per child but if you can’t manage this, you’re still very welcome to come.
